Last updated: January 1, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Student Doc Relief website and document preparation services. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

Our Service

Student Doc Relief is a private document preparation company. We provide fee-based assistance organizing records and preparing application paperwork for federal student loan programs, including loan consolidation and income-driven repayment applications.

Not a Government Agency, Lender, or Law Firm

We are a private document preparation company, not affiliated with the Department of Education or any government agency. Free alternatives exist at studentaid.gov. Student Doc Relief is not a lender, loan servicer, or law firm, and does not provide legal, tax, or financial advice.

No Guarantee of Outcome

Our service is limited to helping you prepare accurate, complete applications. We do not guarantee approval, eligibility, or any specific outcome for any federal program. Eligibility and approval decisions are made solely by the U.S. Department of Education or your loan servicer.

Fees

Our document preparation fee will be disclosed to you in writing before you agree to any service. The same federal applications we help prepare can be completed independently and free of charge directly through your loan servicer or studentaid.gov.

Your Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, current information and documents. You are responsible for reviewing all prepared documents for accuracy before signing and submitting them.

Cancellation

You may cancel your document preparation request at any time before your application has been submitted by contacting us at support@studentdocrelief.com or (855) 555-0199.

Communications Consent

By submitting a request through our website, you consent to be contacted by Student Doc Relief by phone, email, or text message regarding your request. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.
